Dandelion and chicory have been used for generations as traditional coffee substitutes, especially during times when coffee was scarce. Carob adds a natural chocolate note (and fun fact — carob seeds are where the word “carat” comes from). Vanilla brings that soft, café-style finish that makes every cup feel special.
It brews dark and bold like coffee but feels so much gentler on the body. Just simmer 1 tablespoon per cup of water for 10–15 minutes.
